How we work
- Small and senior. Everyone owns real surface area, from the voice pipeline to the invoice.
- Close to the customer. We talk to contractors directly. The best ideas come from their call logs.
- Ship, then tune. We get something in front of real calls fast, then iterate on the details.

What we look for
- Experience with real-time voice, telephony, or conversational AI
- Comfort working across the stack, from infra to UI
- An instinct for details that make software feel human
- Genuine curiosity about the trades and how small shops operate
